Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a compassionate, patient-focused dental team serving families and surrounding communities. This role supports a modern, multi-specialty practice that includes general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, Medicaid, PPO, and corporate patient care. Our team provides comprehensive services, from children’s dentistry and Invisalign to implants, full-mouth restorations, cosmetic dentistry, same-day emergencies, and sedation options for anxious patients.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and registered with the state as a Dental Assistant. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, preparing treatment rooms, supporting efficient daily operations, and helping create a positive patient experience. Strong communication, active listening, and a caring attitude are essential. Candidates must maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and office standards while contributing to a respectful and professional team environment.

This position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrued from day one, and a monthly incentive program. A 1-hour lunch break is provided to all team members except on Fridays. PPE is available, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available on the Kids’ Korral side of the building.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
