Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time

We are a growing, patient-centered general dental practice looking for a skilled, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Our practice is a small, close-knit, five-chair office where teamwork truly matters. What Makes Our Hygiene Schedule Different

We believe excellent hygiene care shouldn't feel rushed. Our hygienists see one patient at a time, with at least one hour typically reserved for each patient. This allows you to focus on comprehensive care, patient comfort, education, and building genuine relationships with your patients.

We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys connecting with people and understands that the patient experience is just as important as clinical excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential—you should be someone who can educate patients, listen to their concerns, and help them feel comfortable and confident in their care.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
Preferably has at least 1 year of clinical experience
Compassionate and genuinely patient-focused
Friendly, dependable, and professional
A strong communicator with excellent people skills
Team-oriented and willing to support coworkers when needed
Committed to providing thorough, high-quality care
Looking for a positive workplace where they can grow and become an important part of the team
