Registered Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Saginaw, TXBrush Dentistry is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our full-time team.
We're looking for a confident, clinically strong hygienist who can independently manage a busy schedule while still giving patients the education, attention, and quality care they deserve.
You'll work alongside two doctors and a collaborative hygiene team in an environment where strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork matter.

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Independently manage your patient schedule
Assess and communicate patient treatment needs
Educate patients and support treatment understanding
Partner closely with both doctors
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with fellow hygienists and the clinical team
Deliver an excellent patient experience without sacrificing clinical quality
What We're Looking For:
Active Texas RDH license
Experienced and clinically confident
Strong periodontal and preventive-care skills
Comfortable managing a busy hygiene schedule independently
Confident communicating treatment needs to patients
Patient-centered and professional
Collaborative and able to work seamlessly with doctors and other hygienists
Positive, dependable, and invested in the culture of the entire office
Schedule
Full-Time
Alternating Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday
