Registered Dental Hygienist Needed (Full-Time)

Join Our Dental Family as a Hygienist!

We are a small, privately-owned family practice located on the East Side of Providence, RI, and we are seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join our friendly team. Our practice is comprised of a close-knit group including one dentist, a front office coordinator, a dental assistant, and two hygienists. One of our valued team members is moving on to a non-clinical opportunity, and we are excited to find an enthusiastic replacement!

Our office operates from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy work-life balance—no Fridays, late nights, or weekends! We offer generous one-hour recall appointments, allowing you to provide comprehensive care to each patient. As a dental hygienist with us, you will see just one patient at a time, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional service.

In our laid-back, stress-free environment, you will find a team that is not only professional but also genuinely friendly and always ready to help. Our office is equipped with the latest technology, including Dentrix dental software and a state-of-the-art Vatech panoramic/CBCT machine for x-ray images. If you are skilled with Dentrix and Schick, you will feel right at home.

As a full-time hygienist, you’ll enjoy a one-hour lunch break at noon, and we ensure that all staff have the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

We offer competitive compensation at an hourly rate of $45, which is negotiable based on your experience. We also believe in taking care of our team members, providing health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan with a match.

Our office ours are Monday thru Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm. No Fridays, late-nights or weekends.
We offer 1-hour recall appointments.
Dentrix dental software as well as Patterson for all our x-ray images.
Brand new panoramic/CBCT vatech machine.
