We are currently seeking a highly skilled General Dentist to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This position is available due to the maternity leave of our current general dentist, with the potential for a permanent placement depending on the needs of the practice and your performance.
As our General Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive dental care. Your responsibilities will include performing examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care for patients of all ages. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our specialists in periodontics and orthodontics to provide multifaceted care solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in general dentistry, showcasing proficiency in a range of procedures and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both patients and our support team to ensure a positive and productive experience in the office.
Our practice prioritizes a safe working environment, providing personal protective equipment (PPE) including goggles, latex gloves, and regular masks to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patients. With a dedicated parking lot available, commuting will be hassle-free.
Your workday will include a 1-hour lunch break, allowing you to recharge and refocus. Compensation for this position will be structured as a daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production, offering competitive earning potential.
