Looking for Front Office Staff
LOCATION
Broomfield, COWe are seeking an experienced, full-time front office team member for a long-standing dental practice that offers General, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Multi-Specialty, Single Doctor, and Private care. Our doctor has been practicing for over 30 years, and our mission is to provide comfortable, high-quality care through modern technology and thoughtful treatment methods. We are a hardworking, fun team of four that values fresh ideas, efficiency, and an amazing patient experience.
This role requires strong skills in balancing phones, checking patients in and out, and handling insurance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting a busy dental environment. Experience with SoftDent is preferred. Additional helpful skills include patient records, charting, filing, treatment planning support, dental terminology, customer service, and patient education. Familiarity with dental procedures such as impressions, crowns, bridges, cord packing, sterile procedures, and chairside assistance is a plus.
We provide a professional, team-focused setting with free parking, a lunch break from 1:00pm–2:00pm, and basic PPE including latex gloves and regular masks.
