Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our modern, privately owned general practice. This is a full-time OR part time opportunity for someone who is positive, personable, dependable, and confident communicating with patients. A full time candidate would work Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm and Thursday 8am-4pm.
A part time candidate would work Wednesday 8am-5pm and Thursday 8am-4pm.

Fridays are optional and can be added if desired.

Our practice is focused on comprehensive, cosmetic, implant, and full-arch dentistry, with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and a collaborative team culture. We use advanced technology including CBCT imaging, digital scanning, 3D printing, modern clinical workflows, and AI-supported tools. This creates an environment where learning is ongoing and team members are encouraged to grow their skills and confidence in a forward-thinking setting.

In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive care and patient education while working one patient at a time in a calm, organized schedule. You will typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing time to deliver thorough care and build meaningful connections. A one-hour lunch break is provided.

Responsibilities include performing hygiene procedures, taking digital X-rays, using Cavitron equipment, maintaining accurate charting in Open Dental, and supporting patients with clear, informative education about oral health and home care. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a comfortable, reassuring patient experience are essential.

Required qualifications include an active California RDH license, current local anesthesia certification, current CPR certification, and strong communication and patient education skills. Digital charting experience is preferred. Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
