Job Description
The ideal candidates is an energetic and positive personality who has at least 3-5 years of experience as a dental assistant. An individual who exhibits high- energy and professionalism is highly valued and sought after.
In addition, the qualified candidate is an individual who has the learning potential and desires to achieve in order to be the best in the industry. An ideal candidate exhibits ability to work in a fast-paced environment, retain and apply knowledge, is anticipatory, and is capable of working together with a team to support the dentist. The ideal candidate should exhibit both a positive attitude and intellectual aptitude. Crown & Bridge [Must be able to make provisional/temp crowns and bridges]
Endo
Resin Fillings
The goal is that the trained assistant should be well versed and mentally capable to support the doctor and team in the following areas:
Fabrication of Provisional units from scratch (temporary crowns and bridges-multiple units)
Placement of Rubber Dam
Ability to understand the dentist's clinical needs and create appropriate and efficient setups to support those clinical needs.
Digital Radiology
Cone Beam (CBCT)
Digital Scanning
Endodontic Setup and Assisting
Oral Surgery Setup and Assisting
Dental Implants
Dental Lab Experience
If you do not have at least 3 years of experience as a clinical, chairside dental assistant assisting the doctor, please do not apply. This opportunity is not a good fit for an individual that has only done minimal assisting or only assisted in hygiene.
