Ateeth Dental Care, a community-focused dental practice in Reston, VA, is seeking a motivated and passionate Dental Assistant to join our small but enthusiastic team on a part-time basis. Founded in 2024 by Dr. Archana Srinivasan, we are dedicated to providing patient-centered care with a holistic approach to oral health. Our practice is equipped with cutting-edge technology, and we are committed to fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting patients and the dental team in a variety of procedures, from chairside assisting in general dentistry to learning advanced techniques like CBCT imaging and clear aligner therapy. The ideal candidate should be CPR certified, possess X-ray certification, and have a minimum of one year of chairside assisting experience. Bilingual skills are a plus!

Located in Reston, VA, Ateeth Dental Care is a growing, community-focused dental practice committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with a holistic approach to oral health. Founded in 2024 by Dr. Archana Srinivasan (Dr. Sri), we believe in treating every patient with respect, integrity, safety, empathy, unity, and positivity—values that define our practice culture.

Our practice is equipped with cutting-edge dental technology, including digital radiographs, handheld X-ray devices, CBCT, intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, and oral cancer screening tools, ensuring precise and efficient diagnostics and treatment.

As a new and expanding practice, we currently operate three days a week, seeing an average of 15–20 patients per week, with plans to grow as our patient base increases. Our team consists of Dr. Sri (owner and dentist), a front office administrator, and a part-time dental assistant, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join us on this exciting journey.

Who We’re Looking For
🌟 Dental Assistants – Seeking a motivated assistant who is experienced in chairside assisting for general dentistry and willing to learn advanced procedures, including implant placement/restoration, clear aligner therapy, endodontic therapy, digital scans, intraoral photography, and CBCT imaging. X-ray certification and CPR certification required.

🌟 Front Office Executive – Looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can handle scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications with warmth and efficiency. Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
