LOCATION
Kerrville, TXWe are seeking a reliable, professional dental team member for a full-time position in a busy, patient-focused dental office serving General, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, and Multi-Specialty care. This role supports a Single Doctor setting while helping with Medicaid, PPO, and Corporate insurance-based patients. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and recording vital signs, supporting patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You will also help with basic front-to-back office flow as needed. A high school education is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of dental experience.
Required skills and credentials include RDA LIC and CPR certification. Cross-training is not required; we will train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
We provide the personal protective equipment and safety supplies you need, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, temp checks, goggles, sanitizer, and more.
Benefits include PTO, vision, medical, dental, and a monthly bonus. Pay is $18–$20 per hour.
