Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator

The Objective: We are seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally reliable Dental Assistant. You can be a purely clinical DA, and be open to helping out at the front desk as needed. Because our doctors and patients rely heavily on this role, exceptional attendance and a happy, team-first attitude are absolute requirements. If you have a history of chronic absenteeism or calling out at the last minute, this will not be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence: Perform seamless chairside assisting, rapid room turnover, and strict sterilization. Take high-quality radiographs. Propose, educate, and perform clinical sealants. Assist with straightforward extractions and restorative procedures. Assist the front-office team with scheduling, treatment presentations, and ensuring every patient checks out with their next appointment booked.
Requirements:
Rock-Solid Reliability: You take pride in your punctuality and attendance. Your team never has to guess if you are going to show up.
Active Arizona Dental X-Ray Certification (Required).
Minimum 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience.
Coronal Polish Certificate is highly preferred.
Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
