We are an established general dental practice located within the secure Wells Fargo Complex on W.T. Harris Blvd., and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team! As a full-time hygienist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our patients' oral health and overall experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
As part of our multi-doctor practice, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to a diverse patient base. Our practice is rooted in general dentistry, accommodating both PPO and private patients. We value the importance of personalized care and aim to create lasting relationships with our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments, including scaling and root planing.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings, gingivitis assessments, and fluoride treatments.
- Execute preventative dental care, including patient education and oral hygiene instruction.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate dental charting using Eaglesoft.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to develop effective treatment plans for our patients.
- Assist with digital imaging, including X-rays and intraoral camera techniques.
- Provide care to special needs patients and support pediatric hygiene initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, including proficiency in calculus removal, chair-side assistance, and four-handed dentistry. Experience with advanced procedures such as local anesthetic administration and ultrasonic scaling is highly desirable. Candidates must be CPR certified and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
