Private Practice Dental Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused dental professional to join a well-established, privately owned dental practice with a strong reputation for compassionate care and long-term patient relationships. Our office has served the community for 16 years, and many of our patients are now the children of families we treated years ago. We provide general dentistry in a single-doctor setting, with a focus on PPO and private-pay patients.

This is a full-time opportunity for a dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience who is comfortable delivering comprehensive general dental care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We value clinical excellence, clear communication, and a gentle approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will be committed to building trust with patients of all ages and maintaining the high standard of service our practice is known for.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a broad range of general dentistry needs, developing treatment plans, performing routine and restorative procedures, and educating patients on oral health and preventive care. You will work alongside an amazing staff that is dedicated to teamwork, professionalism, and making each patient feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Our current assistant is leaving to care for family, so we are looking for someone who appreciates a collaborative office culture and can help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

We offer a consistent weekday schedule with a 1-hour lunch break from 1–2 pm. The practice is equipped with the personal protective equipment needed to support a safe clinical environment, including latex gloves, nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks.

This role offers compensation in the range of $30–35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
