Key Responsibilities
• Human Capital Leadership: Oversee, recruit, and empower both clinical and administrative teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize daily workflows, from intelligent appointment scheduling to efficient inventory management and dental technology maintenance.
• Strategic Financial Management: Full oversight of budgets, accounts receivable/payable, complex insurance claims processing, and meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Patient Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador, resolving patient concerns with diplomacy and ensuring a seamless "patient journey."
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure the practice operates under the strictest HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Growth & Expansion: Collaborate on local marketing initiatives and patient retention strategies to expand our community.
