Little Silver, NJWe are a growing dental practice seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support a busy, multi-doctor office that provides general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontic care in a private practice setting. This full-time position is ideal for a high school graduate who enjoys helping patients, working with a skilled clinical team, and contributing to an efficient and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the dental team during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment areas, maintaining proper sterilization and infection control standards, taking dental X-rays, and helping ensure that patient visits run smoothly. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting are essential.
Candidates must hold X-ray certification and be comfortable supporting both routine and specialized procedures. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are important qualities for success in this role.
This position includes health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Parking is available in the existing parking lot. The schedule includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
