Experienced Dental Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy, established general dental practice.
This position is ideal for someone who knows the dental front desk, understands dental insurance, and enjoys being an important part of a successful practice. We are looking for someone who can bring experience to the position, take ownership of their responsibilities, and contribute from day one.

What We're Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of dental front desk experience
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Good understanding of dental insurance and dental terminology
- Comfortable reviewing and discussing treatment plans and patient financial responsibilities
- Excellent phone and patient communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced dental office

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule patients effectively
- Manage check-in, check-out, and daily patient flow
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage
- Enter, review, and update treatment plans
- Collect and post patient payments accurately
- Help patients understand treatment estimates and financial responsibilities
- Confirm appointments and help maintain a productive schedule
- Keep the front office organized and the schedule running efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients

Full-Time | In-Person Position — No Remote (Late evenings are required)
Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience

This is an opportunity to become an important part of a busy multi-provider practice where your experience and ability are recognized and utilized.
This position requires previous dental office experience and is not an entry-level training position. Experience limited to medical offices does not meet the requirements for this role.
