We are a growing, family-oriented dental office that prides itself on providing exceptional care to our long-term patients. Our practice offers a wide range of services, from routine dental check-ups to more complex treatments, and we are looking for a dedicated front office team member to join us in delivering top-notch service.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental front office setting and be skilled in customer service, treatment plan presentation, insurance verification, and scheduling coordination. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, dental charting, and dental terminology is a plus.
In return for your expertise, we offer competitive compensation of $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits that include medical insurance, paid time off, 401K, paid lunch time, and dental benefits.
