Dental Assistant needed for General Dentistry Practice

LOCATION
Washington, DC

Join a high-end, patient-focused dental practice with a strong reputation. We are seeking an experienced dental professional to support a busy, full-time general and multi-doctor practice. Our team values quality care, professionalism, and a positive work environment where every team member plays an important role in patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental office experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work well with both patients and colleagues are essential.

Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, supporting chairside needs, maintaining sterilization and infection control standards, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are important in this role.

We provide a full-time schedule Monday-Thursday with a 1-hour lunch break. Full-time employees are eligible for 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, along with options to participate in medical coverage.
