Most hygiene roles ask you to rush: stack patients, skip the conversation, have zero ownership of care, and move on. We asked a different question: what if the hygienist had a full hour, real support, and patients who trusted them completely? That's the practice we built. Now we need someone extraordinary to join us while our hygienist welcomes her new baby.
Position: Temporary Full-Time | June – October (depending on our hygienist's maternity leave, with a potential permanent part-time role thereafter)

We are a private, patient-centered dental practice that is out-of-network with all insurance plans because care should be driven by what's right for each patient, not what insurance allows. Low volume. High standards. One-hour appointments. You'll never feel like you're rationing your care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver thorough, gentle, and fully personalized hygiene care (prophy, perio maintenance, SRPs) — customized to each patient's needs and goals
- Take full series radiographs and perform iTero scans with confidence and precision
- Partner with the doctor on comprehensive diagnosis and case acceptance — you're part of the clinical team, not just the cleaning appointment
- Build genuine patient relationships and create experiences that earn lasting trust and loyalty
- Recommend adjunctive services (fluoride, sealants, laser therapy, whitening) when clinically warranted — never as a quota
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to the highest infection control standards
- Schedule your patients for their next cleaning, keeping them on intervals that match their oral health needs
- Collect payment as needed and help the front coordinator fill in unexpected gaps in your schedule
- Participate in Monday team meetings and continuing education (at least twice per month)

- Licensed Dental Hygienist

Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Mondays at least twice per month (team meetings, continuing education, administrative)
