Full time Hygienist needed

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in a full-time clinical role supporting the delivery of high-quality preventive dental care. This position is ideal for someone who values patient education, clinical precision, and a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will work closely with dentists and other team members to help ensure patients receive exceptional care in a comfortable and efficient setting.

In this role, you will provide routine cleanings, periodontal assessments, radiographs, and preventive treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards of care. You will also educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness. A strong ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages is essential.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient health histories, preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, documenting clinical findings, and assisting in the maintenance of accurate and complete patient records. You will be expected to recognize signs of oral disease, support early intervention efforts, and communicate clinical observations to the dentist when needed. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to infection control are critical to success in this position.

We are looking for a team member who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability. Required qualifications include completion of an accredited dental hygiene program, current licensure or eligibility for licensure, and familiarity with modern preventive and periodontal care practices. Prior clinical experience is preferred, though motivated new graduates with strong communication skills and a commitment to professional growth are encouraged to apply.
