Lead Dental Assistant
LOCATION

We’re growing and looking for a motivated, full-time Lead Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, modern practice. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
1–5 years of dental assisting experience (required)
Positive attitude; fast learner and adaptable
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
Implant and sleep apnea experience (a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish preferred – a plus)
Willingness to occasionally travel for training at our other locations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily clinical team flow
Assist in general dentistry and oral surgery procedures
Take digital X-rays, panoramic images, and CBCT scans
Prepare and restock operatories; sterilize instruments
Update medical histories and enter treatment plans
Dismiss patients and provide clear post-operative instructions
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
