As a full-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dental services while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. You will conduct comprehensive dental cleanings, educate patients on oral hygiene practices, and assist in the prevention of dental diseases. Your expertise will help guide patients toward better oral health outcomes and promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere within the office.
Our facility features a supportive environment equipped with the latest technology, including digital X-rays and efficient dental software (Open Dental is a plus). You will have the support of a dedicated team in a multi-specialty setting, which includes general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery, allowing you to expand your clinical skills and collaborate across specialties.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience and hold a current Texas RDA license. Previous leadership or head assistant experience is preferred. We value strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a positive, team-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration and enhances patient experiences. Being CPR certified is essential for this position.

Our staff members are equipped with disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks to ensure maximum safety and comfort during patient care.
