Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Santa Fe, NMWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support a busy dental office that provides comprehensive dental care to adult and pediatric patients. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional, patient-focused environment and is comfortable assisting with a wide range of procedures in general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, setting up trays and supplies, assisting chairside during procedures, taking and processing dental records as directed, and helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with both patients and the dental team are important. Experience in a PPO, private practice, or single-doctor setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior dental office experience is preferred, though not necessary for candidates who are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
For safety and comfort, the office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, and regular masks. We value professionalism, teamwork, and excellent patient care in every visit.
