Treatment Coordinator

Join our pediatric dental specialty practice as a vital member of our front office team! We are seeking an organized and motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in a dental office environment. You will play a key role in managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance verification for Medicaid, PPO, and private patients.

In our multi-doctor practice with locations in Sugarland and Katy, you’ll work in a supportive atmosphere dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Familiarity with Open Dental scheduling software is a plus, but we offer training to help you succeed.

We prioritize your safety and well-being; therefore, we provide personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break during your full-time shifts, along with benefits such as health insurance and a 401K plan.
