Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist seeking a fulfilling part-time opportunity in a modern, supportive environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic dental practice that caters to General, PPO, and Private patients.
What We Offer:
This part-time position requires a commitment of 3 to 4 days per week, with no evening or weekend hours, allowing for a great work-life balance. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our patients and team members, providing the perfect backdrop for your skills to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and thorough periodontal charting.
- Accurately take digital radiographs and maintain meticulous clinical records.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care, empowering them to take charge of their dental health.
- Collaborate with our team of dentists to ensure the highest standard of care and an exceptional patient experience.
- Uphold top-notch infection control procedures and maintain patient safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license is a must.
- Current CPR certification to ensure a safe working environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on patient education and engagement.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
- Experience with Dentrix software is a plus, though not required.
