We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our established general practice that embraces PPO patients. Our office is known for its relaxed atmosphere and fun-loving team, which includes four skilled doctors and a staff committed to providing top-notch dental care. We take pride in employing the latest technology, including a fully digital setup, CBCT, iTero, 3D printer, CEREC, and NOMAD equipment, to enhance patient care and ensure precision in treatments.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing thorough oral examinations, conducting periodontal screenings, and providing key procedures such as scaling and root planing, prophy, and local anesthesia administration. You'll utilize advanced tools like ultrasonic scalers, cavitrons, and intraoral cameras to ensure effective treatment. With your experience in antibacterial placements and Arestin therapy, you will assist in creating tailored hygiene plans that promote optimal oral health outcomes for our patients.
We pride ourselves on our patient-first approach, and as a member of our team, you will educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, provide fluoride treatments, and perform oral cancer screenings. With one patient at a time, you can ensure personalized attention while fostering a calm, relaxed environment that encourages patient comfort.
We support our staff by offering a one-hour lunch break to recharge, allowing you to balance productivity with well-deserved relaxation. In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $58-$60, full-time team members benefit from a monthly bonus and an attractive profit-sharing plan, along with PTO, medical benefits, and life insurance for your peace of mind.
We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the dental field who are CPR certified and proficient with Eaglesoft, lasers, and other advanced equipment. If you're eager to grow your skills and be part of a supportive and innovative practice, we’d love to hear from you!
