Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistants to join our clinical team. Ideal candidates are dependable, patient-focused, adaptable, and able to contribute positively to our practice culture.

Responsibilities
• Assist providers chairside and maintain efficient treatment flow
• Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA & infection control protocols
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training provided if needed)
• Review medical histories and assist with treatment documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Support front office needs when necessary to ensure seamless patient experience
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
• Current North Carolina Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
• Radiology certification required (or ability to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience
• Prior dental assisting experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and chairside assisting
• Familiarity with digital imaging and dental software (Eaglesoft a plus)
