Job Summary:
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you’ll support advanced endodontic procedures while ensuring patients receive outstanding care.
What You Do (Responsibilities):
-Deliver patient hospitality while maintaining a professional chairside manner
-Prepare and maintain sterile treatment rooms and instruments
-Clean and set up treatment rooms
-Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
-Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients.
-Capture digital radiographs and CBCT scans
-Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures
-Educate patients on post-op care and answer questions
-Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patients
-Strive to be present, engaged, and prepared
What You Bring (Qualifications) :
-Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA), Radiology Certification, and CPR/Basic Life --Support Certification
-1+ year of dental assisting experience
-Familiarity with dental software (PBS Endo or similar)
-Comfortable using computers & Microsoft Word
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
-Reliability, punctuality, and patient focused
