We are seeking a motivated and dedicated front office professional to become an integral part of our private general dentistry practice. With over 30 years of experience in the field, our office focuses on providing exceptional patient care, including a variety of procedures such as restorative work, surgeries, and level 3 sedation.
As the front office team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Ideal candidates should possess strong customer service skills and knowledge of dental terminology, with at least 5 years of experience in a dental setting. Proficiency in financing and sales, as well as bilingual abilities (Spanish), are highly desirable.
We utilize advanced software, including EagleSoft, and other tools such as CADCAM design, Schick, and Vyne Trellis. A commitment to order, quality, and effective communication is essential in fostering a positive experience for our patients.
Our office prioritizes safety, providing personal protective equipment, and we offer a supportive work environment with a generous one-hour lunch break and paid time off.
