We are currently seeking a caring, skilled, and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is a great opportunity for a provider looking to build long-term relationships with patients, work with autonomy, and be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry
• Must be comfortable performing molar root canal treatments and non-impacted wisdom tooth extractions
• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest level of patient care

Qualifications:
• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• A compassionate, patient-first approach to care
• Proficiency in molar RCTs and non-impacted third molar extractions required
• At least 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply)
