We’re a doctor-led private practice in Glendale looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who takes pride in quality dentistry and enjoys taking great care of people. We’re not a corporate office. We’re a close-knit team that works hard, treats patients like family, and values professionalism, kindness, and reliability.
What you’ll do
Assist the doctor chairside and help keep the day running smoothly
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for
Assist with a variety of procedures (surgery experience is a plus)
Stay on top of setup, sterilization, room turnover, and clinical details
Communicate well with the team and contribute to a strong, positive culture
What we’re looking for
Arizona X-ray certification required
Strong chairside skills and excellent patient communication
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Learns quickly and adapts well in a busy practice
Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Bonus points if you have experience with
Surgery and implant assisting
CAD/CAM and same-day dentistry workflows
Compensation
Pay depends on experience and skill set.
Range: $22 to $26 per hour
