We are seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to become an integral part of our busy dental practice, specializing in general, multi-doctor, PPO, and private dentistry. Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and communication skills, along with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be helping patients understand their treatment needs, timelines, and financial responsibilities, collaborating with clinical and front office teams to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling appointments strategically to meet daily and monthly production goals. A thorough understanding of dental charting, treatment planning, and scheduling to goals is essential. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of easily transitioning between tasks. Previous experience in a dental front office setting (2 years) is required.

We are a very busy high paced office, in need of someone with excellent verbal/communication skills to treat our patients.
Our practice consists of mature adult crown and bridge, implants, cosmetics, adult perio scaling and root planing and placement of
localized antimicrobial medications, as well as diode laser therapy.

Face shields, N95 masks, Nitrile gloves, Regular masks
