Registered Dental Assistant

Your Role:
Provide chairside assistance for general dentistry procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)
Prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA compliance
Capture digital X-rays and impressions with precision
Educate patients on treatment plans and post-op care
Assist with front office tasks as needed (scheduling, billing, or insurance verification)
Contribute to a positive, efficient workflow in our busy but drama-free practice

We’re Looking For:
✔ Active Texas RDA license (required)
✔ CPR certification (current)
✔ Experience in a PPO/private practice (preferred)
✔ Familiarity with Open Dental
✔ A team-first attitude—reliable, adaptable
