Dental Hygienist TEMPORARY**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our busy, patient-focused dental practice on a temporary full-time basis. This opening will be available in October due to the current hygienist being on maternity leave, creating an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to step into a well-established role within a supportive clinical environment.

Our practice serves a diverse patient base across General, Multi-doctor, HMO, PPO, Private, and Endodontic services, offering a dynamic and varied day-to-day experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with patients of all ages, providing high-quality preventive care while supporting the overall health and comfort of each individual. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent patient care are essential.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings and prophylaxis, taking and reviewing radiographs as appropriate, completing periodontal assessments, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients on oral hygiene and ongoing care. You will also collaborate closely with dentists and clinical team members to ensure smooth workflow, accurate charting, and a positive patient experience. A professional, organized approach and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.

Candidates should have one year of experience in dental hygiene and a college-level education in the field. Familiarity with a variety of practice types is helpful, especially in settings involving general dentistry and specialty care. The right individual will demonstrate confidence, reliability, and a patient-first attitude while maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical excellence.

This full-time position includes a 60-minute lunch break and offers an hourly compensation structure with bonus/incentive opportunities.
