We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small, private fee-for-service dental office. Our practice focuses on providing high-quality care in a comfortable and friendly environment, with services spanning general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and more. For the right candidate, this full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a single doctor, fostering meaningful patient relationships and ensuring optimal oral health.
Position Details:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our team’s commitment to exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, providing periodontal therapy, and educating patients on optimal oral hygiene practices. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to devote ample time and attention to each individual’s needs.
Our office operates Monday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with two Thursdays a month following the same hours, ensuring a consistent and structured work schedule. We value our team’s well-being and offer a one-hour lunch break to recharge and refocus for the afternoon.
Safety and Protection:
Your safety and health are our priority. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, latex gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks, to ensure a safe working environment for both our staff and our patients.
Qualifications and Benefits:
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience in dental hygiene. You should hold a valid dental hygiene license and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
