We are seeking an experienced dental professional to provide leadership and oversight across all hygiene departments within our multi-specialty, corporate dental organization. This full-time corporate opportunity is ideal for a highly organized and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating patient care, supporting team performance, and contributing to strategic growth.
In this role, the right candidate will help guide department-wide operations, support goal planning initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient retention. A strong background in patient education is essential, as is the ability to work closely with clinical and administrative teams to strengthen scheduling workflows, support departmental oversight, and assist with patient attrition efforts. This position is well-suited for someone who brings both clinical expertise and a leadership mindset, with the confidence to influence outcomes across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities include supporting hygiene department standards, collaborating on performance improvement efforts, reviewing KPIs, assisting with scheduling strategies, and partnering with leadership to implement plans that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will also contribute to staff development through coaching, communication, continuing education opportunities and support that promotes quality care and operational excellence and growth.
Required qualifications include:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist credential
- 5+ years of experience in dental hygiene
- Strong leadership experience
- Background in scheduling and departmental oversight
- Experience working with KPIs and goal planning
- Ability to support and assist with patient retention and attrition reduction
Compensation for this position is $40–$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
