Registered Dental Hygienist

Valencia Dental Center, a well-established and respected dental practice in the heart of San Francisco, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our full-time team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a friendly and supportive environment.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental hygiene services. Your primary duties will include conducting thorough oral health assessments, performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and educating patients on preventive care. You will work one-on-one with patients, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships while delivering personalized dental care. Each appointment typically lasts 45-60 minutes, enabling you to focus on the needs of each individual.
At Valencia Dental Center, we value collaboration and teamwork. Our friendly atmosphere fosters communication among staff members, ensuring that everyone has the support they need to excel in their roles. You'll be equipped with the latest personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, allowing you to prioritize safety while providing excellent care.
We believe in taking care of our team, offering competitive compensation of $75-$85 per hour based on experience. In addition, you will benefit from health insurance after 60 days and a 401(k) plan with a match after one year of service. Your work-life balance is important to us; thus, you will enjoy a 60-minute lunch break to recharge during your busy day.
To be considered for this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience as a dental hygienist and a commitment to providing high-quality care. If you are passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!
