Argyle Family Dentistry and Flower Mound Dental are seeking a compassionate, high-quality Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role will support both practices and is ideal for a hygienist who values patient education, enjoys building rapport, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
You will partner with our doctors and clinical teams to deliver exceptional preventative care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their smiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
Take and assess digital X-rays
Perform periodontal evaluations and document accurate clinical findings
Deliver outstanding patient education and build trusting, long-term relationships
Maintain a sterile, safe environment and follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications/Required:
Active Texas RDH license
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Preferred:
Laser certification (eligible for top of pay range)
Experience with digital imaging and modern hygiene equipment
Experience with Open Dental
Schedule:
This position supports two locations:
Flower Mound Dental:
Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Argyle Family Dentistry:
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
