We are a growing, dental group focused on high-quality patient care, strong systems, and a supportive team environment. We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused **Dental Hygienist** who wants to be rewarded based on performance and efficiency.

🌎 **Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred** to better serve our diverse patient population.

### 💰 Compensation Model (25% of Collections)

You will earn **25% of your daily collections**, giving you full control over your income.

#### 📊 Example Earnings:

* Patients per day: **8**
* Average production per patient: **$300**
* Daily production: **8 × $300 = $2,400**
* Monthly working days: **20 days**
* Monthly production: **$2,400 × 20 = $48,000**

👉 **Your Earnings (25%):**

* **Monthly:** $48,000 × 25% = **$12,000**
* **Annual:** ~$144,000

💡 *Higher production = higher earnings. No cap.*

### 🧾 Responsibilities

* Perform dental cleanings, scaling & root planing
* Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
* Take and review radiographs
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment needs
* Identify and help present additional treatment opportunities
* Maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes

### 🎯 What We’re Looking For

* Valid Dental Hygienist license (PA)
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* **Spanish-speaking ability (preferred)**
* Ability to diagnose and co-treatment plan with doctor
* Efficiency and comfort managing a productive schedule
