Join Our Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental practice, specializing in General, Multi-Doctor, and Private dentistry. As a member of our practice, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental hygiene care, including assessments, prophylaxis, and patient education. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of dental professionals, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and screenings for patients.
- Administer local anesthesia as needed while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the dental team.
- Uphold infection control protocols and adhere to all safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong commitment to providing quality dental care, backed by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You must hold a valid dental hygiene license and be proficient in local anesthesia administration. Your superior interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with patients and encourage optimal oral health practices.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $55, depending on your experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, holiday pay, CTO (sick and vacation time), FSA contributions, 401k employer match, and a uniform allowance.
