We are a private, dedicated general dental practice seeking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist. In our practice, you'll work directly under the guidance of our experienced Dentist, collaborating in a supportive environment dedicated to providing top-quality patient care. This is a full-time opportunity, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our patients' oral health.

As a key member of our dental team, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in a variety of essential skills, including but not limited to, calculus removal, periodontal treatment, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatments. You will provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and patient education, ensuring our patients feel informed and empowered about their dental care. Our practice prides itself on its commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our team and our patients. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each session, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive approach to each individual. Your familiarity with dental terminology and procedures will be instrumental as you navigate dental charting and treatment planning. Proficiency in tools such as Practice Works and Vixwin, along with strong skills in four-handed dentistry, will be essential for success.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $50, along with benefits including a 401K and paid time off. We are a small, part time, general dental practice with one Dentist and one Dental Hygienist. We are located in Holliston, Massachusetts and are looking to expand our dental team with a second Dental Hygienist on Tuesdays.
