Patient Concierge — Transformation Begins With You

Compensation: $18/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 4-day week (Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm)
Paid Time Off: 14 days annually, including federal holidays

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
2+ years of dental front desk experience – required
An extraordinary person – non-negotiable

* Convert New Patient Inquiries — into scheduled, excited appointments.
* Orchestrate The Patient Experience — the heartbeat of the team from arrival to departure.
* Track & Report Referral Sources — so you know what's growing the practice.
* Reactivate Lapsed Patients — through outbound relationship-building calls.
* Drive Social Media Presence — capturing real moments, crafting authentic content, and keeping OASIS Modern Dentistry & Orthodontics visible and vibrant online.
