About the Role
As our Front Office, you’ll be the first impression of our office—welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. You’ll manage schedules, ensure seamless communication, and support our patients every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet patients and ensure a warm, professional welcome
-Guide patients through medical history updates, insurance, and digital forms
-Assist with patient check-in/out, schedule future visits, and collect balances
-Answer and direct calls, place callers on hold as needed, and take detailed messages
-Manage the doctor/hygiene schedules and know the next available appointments at all times
-Confirm all appointments for the next 2 days via phone, email, and text
-Respond to voicemails, emails, and patient texts by the end of the day
-Maintain and track cancellations, ASAP list, hygiene recare system, and broken appointments
Office Support
-Arrive on time for daily huddles, check voicemails, and prioritize emergencies
-Perform morning walkthrough: ensure signs are up, coffee and equipment are ready
-Support the hygiene team with perio probing, communication, and coordination
-Ensure a clean and organized front office area throughout the day
Office Schedule Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Closed Fridays)
What We’re Looking For
-1+ year of dental front office or administrative experience (preferred)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Professional phone, text, and email etiquette
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities with a calm demeanor
-Comfortable lifting to 35 lbs (e.g., supplies, equipment)
-Ability to type 30–35 WPM and operate standard office equipment

Compensation/Benefits
-Hourly Rate: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)

Modern office with floor to ceiling windows in all operatories is looking for a full time hygienist. We are open Monday - Thursday.
We have a staff meeting every Tuesday to work on our team and patient care, address any concerns and make improvements. Younger female boss that once worked for corporate and wants to never be an office ran by numbers. It is always my goal to treat patients and staff with respect they deserve. We do fun things and happy hours as a team also!
