Coordinator of Treatment and Amazingness

Shenandoah, TX

We are seeking a warm, caring front office team member to join our pediatric dental practice full time. Our close-knit team has been serving families for over 30 years and is dedicated to creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient. We care for children from infancy through young adulthood, as well as patients with special needs, so kindness, patience, and a gentle approach are essential.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and can easily switch between tasks in a busy environment. Responsibilities include greeting families, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs. Experience with Dentrix Enterprise is helpful, but no prior experience is required. A high school education is sufficient for consideration.

This full-time position offers PTO, health insurance, dental benefits, ortho benefits (among other benefits) and a 2-hour lunch break, including time to rest and complete work without patients in front of you. Compensation is $18–$26 per hour.
