Dental Hygienist - Flexible Days/Hours (TriBeCa)

We are seeking a skilled and driven dental hygienist to join our multi-specialty practice located in the vibrant area of Tribeca, Manhattan. With over 12 years of providing exemplary dental care, our office prides itself on delivering comprehensive treatment options, from preventative care to advanced procedures, including implants and sleep apnea management. Our holistic approach ensures that every patient receives the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental hygiene principles and a minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience. We value hygienists who are confident in their abilities and can thrive in an independent work environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and excellent chairside manner. Our practice emphasizes the importance of effective communication; therefore, the ability to discuss clinical findings and treatment recommendations with patients thoughtfully is essential.

In our practice, each hygienist has the privilege of treating one patient at a time, spending approximately one hour with each individual. This allows for a thorough and personalized approach to patient care. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including CBCT and 3D scanners, to ensure accurate planning and exceptional outcomes. Our treatment rooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, complete with light music and digital sensors for an efficient workflow.

We are looking for a hygienist who can work two to three days per week, with shifts ranging from 5-7 hours each day, based on your preference. The hours must be consistent once set and at least one day must extend to 7:00 PM. The current schedule includes hours on Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A proficiency in performing Arestin is a plus but not mandatory.

In addition to a competitive pay rate of $60+/hour depending on experience, we offer a bonus structure and a 401(k) plan after one year of employment (for W-2).
