We’re a growing boutique office with a strong reputation for kindness, clinical excellence, and a personalized patient experience. Our care philosophy incorporates prevention-focused dentistry, airway awareness, nutrition education, and the safest materials available.

✨ Who You Are:

A licensed dental hygienist (RDH) in Texas
Experienced or comfortable working with children (bonus if you love the playful chaos 😄)
Gentle, patient, and communicative
Aligned with biological/holistic dentistry or eager to learn
Skilled with parent education and clear clinical explanations
Open to using or learning tools such as:
Laser dentistry (Solea experience a plus but optional)
Myofunctional awareness
BPA-free and fluoride-optional protocols

Someone who genuinely cares, brings positive energy, and sees families as relationships — not appointments.

🧚‍♀️ Your Role Includes:

Preventive cleanings and assessments
Home care coaching for kids and parents
Assisting with patient flow and creating a calm environment
Helping nervous or sensory-sensitive kids feel safe, seen, and supported
Documenting with accuracy and clarity
Collaborating closely with the dentist and team to offer individualized care
