Entry level front office opportunity in specialty practice
LOCATION
Napa, CAJoin a busy, patient-focused dental team serving Napa and Sonoma through two dedicated offices. This full-time front office role supports a specialty practice with a strong emphasis on pedodontics and exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dependable professional with at least 1 year of experience in the dental field who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, managing patient records, coordinating with referring offices and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Experience with Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented, team-driven individual with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism.
This position offers a $20+/hour entry rate with room for growth, along with Kaiser insurance, PTO, and a 401K plus profit sharing. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break. Off-street parking is available and no permit is required.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a high school or some college education who wants to grow in a supportive dental office and contribute to an excellent patient experience every day.
