Hygienist Full Time/Part Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned, family-oriented dental practice. Our office is a general, multi-doctor practice** that accepts **PPO and private patients**, offering a steady and diverse patient flow. We provide modern technology, including a **3Shape TRIOS® digital scanner, CBCT imaging, and air polishing, to help make care more efficient and comfortable for both patients and clinical team members. Adequate appointment times allow for thorough treatment, meaningful patient interactions, and a calm pace that supports excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include providing preventive and periodontal care such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. You will also educate patients on oral health, support treatment recommendations, obtain diagnostic radiographs as needed, assist during examinations, help maintain re-care scheduling, and contribute to sterilization and overall clinical flow. Collaboration with the front office and clinical team is essential to ensuring a seamless patient experience.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist** with **at least 1 year of experience**, and who brings **gentle hands and a bubbly personality to every appointment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, compassionate, and confident working closely with patients and team members. Strong communication skills, initiative, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuing education are highly valued.

This position includes a 30-minute lunch break**, **one patient at a time**, and typically **60 minutes per patient**. We also provide a full PPE supply, including face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, N95 masks, regular masks, and gown and cap protection. Additional benefits include **PTO, 401(k), and dental care**. Compensation is **$60–$65/hour. Convenient parking is available very close to the office.
