We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving General Dentistry practice. As we prepare for the retirement of our current hygienist, we see this as an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to step into a fulfilling role that prioritizes patient care and comfort.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing top-tier dental hygiene services while ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. Your day will involve caring for one patient at a time, typically for 60 minutes or as needed based on your professional discretion. You will play a crucial role in educating patients about oral health and preventive care while collaborating closely with our dental team to achieve the best outcomes.
Our practice is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. We provide a full range of personal protective equipment (PPE) including face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and gowns as required. The office is equipped with modern technology and adheres to the highest standards of infection control.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be required to hold a current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and be certified in CPR. Your exceptional skills will not only enhance our patient experience but also contribute to our long-standing reputation for excellent dental care.
In addition to a supportive work environment, we offer a competitive hourly wage of $55, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Paid Time Off (PTO), insurance options, and a matching 401k plan to help you plan for the future.
We value our staff's well-being and ensure that all necessary parking is available at our camera-monitored back parking lot. During the day, you will also have a 60-minute lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM, allowing you time to recharge.
