We are a highly regarded dental office in Pacific Beach, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a welcoming environment. With a focus on organization and efficiency, our practice thrives on maintaining a 5-star reputation based on patient reviews. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled dental assistant or RDA to join our team full-time, working Monday through Thursday.
In this role, you will support our general dentist by ensuring a smooth patient flow in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, manage time efficiently, and uphold our standards of exceptional customer service. Your ability to seamlessly transition between patients while maintaining professionalism is essential.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $29 per hour, depending on experience, along with valuable perks, including discounts on dental services for team members and their families, as well as five paid sick days.
